Driver Qualifications:

Our company runs top of the line equipment. All tractors are 2015-2018 Peterbilt 389 extended hoods with 13 or 18 speed transmissions.

OTR Driver requirements are as follows:

  • 23 years of age.
  • Clear MVR – No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen. In our ongoing effort for a zero-tolerance, drug free work place, Monson and Sons, Inc. requires a valid, negative drug test as a condition of employment.
  • Any attempt to dilute, substitute or contaminate your specimen will result in no hire.
  • Must be able to DOT physical & physical capacity test.
  • Must pass driving test.
  • CDL address MUST match your physical home address, where you reside.
  • Upon hire drivers are to provide copies of CDL & Social Security Card.
